Usage/browsing on the website is free for visitors. PARTS UNLIMITED does not charge any fee for browsing the website.
Any order placed through www.partsunlimited.co.in implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The order will be valid and taken into account only after full payment of the total price of the items and shipping costs indicated in the order form.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The selling price of the spare parts is PARTS UNLIMITED official price. It is mentioned in ----- rupees GST included; shipping costs excluded. The shipping costs are added automatically and displayed as soon as the cart is viewed. The fact for the buyer to validate his order by clicking on the button “Pay” implies the obligations to pay the price indicated in the total of the cart.
Payment for orders made via www.partsunlimited.co.in is made directly to the partner dealer who collects the funds.

FEE CHANGES
COUNTRY MAN MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
COUNTRY MAN MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

REFUNDS
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
At any time, the buyer has the opportunity to contact the seller, to send any request or claim relating to the items ordered using the contact form provided.
Disputes are settled directly between the buyer and the seller, if necessary by using the contact form or the contact details displayed in the contact section made available to them on www.partsunlimited.co.in .The buyer and seller will make their best efforts to reach the amicable resolution of the dispute.

GUARANTEE
All the items presented on www.partsunlimited.co.in are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and latent defects. Where applicable, details of manufacturer’s guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the items. A manufacturer’s guarantee is in addition to, and does not effect, the legal rights in relation to items that are faulty or not as described.
All guarantees are non-transferable and only apply for the original buyer. Please note that if the items are replaced during the guarantee period, the guarantee does not start again. The items will only benefit from the remaining period of the original guarantee. This does not effect the statutory rights if the items are faulty or not as described.
The sellers are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract. If the guaranteed item is already mounted on the vehicle and appears to have caused other malfunctions that have resulted in additional charges, the buyer must contact the seller and not disassemble the relevant item.
